1. Our games

Mimio Entertainment's games are played on Roblox. Playing them is also subject to the Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox Community Standards. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players or try to disrupt servers; we may remove players or progress that break these rules.

2. Purchases

Game passes and other items are bought with Robux through Roblox and follow Roblox's purchase and refund rules. Items and in-game coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and give looks or convenience only. We may change or rebalance game content over time.

3. Our content

The games, names, characters, art, music, videos and the Mimio brand belong to Mimio Entertainment or are used with permission. You may share clips and screenshots of our games for non-commercial fan content and reviews, with credit to the game.

4. Mimio Studio

Mimio Studio is an internal tool for Mimio Entertainment staff only. It is not offered to the public.

5. No warranty

The games and this website are provided as they are. We work to keep them running and saving correctly but cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using them.

6. Changes and contact
